Consequently, they may not be reproduced, exploited or used in any capacity whatsoever without the express authorisation of the MoNUII owner. MoNUII is the holder of all the intellectual property rights (with the exception of the moral rights of the authors) relating to the Products and to the trademarks and distinctive signs under which the Products are marketed. The Customer unreservedly recognises as such the intellectual property of MoNUII and undertakes not to infringe it in any way whatsoever. More specifically, the Customer as well as website visitors expressly agrees not to manufacture, sell, license or market in any way whatsoever, directly or through a third party, for its own benefit or for the benefit of a third party, the Products, imitations or reproductions of the Products or the intellectual property rights relating to the Products and to the brands belonging to MoNUII. An exception applies to Socket Kits and Cables, which are third-party additions to the MoNUII products. However, these items are also subject to the trademark and intellectual property rights of the product manufacturer, which must be respected.
