This page aims to describe how the site is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. Data Types / Navigation data
The computer systems and software used to operate the website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is collected without being associated with the user, but by its very nature, could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, identify the computer that connects to the site. This type of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) address of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in return, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system and the IT environment. These data may be used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the website and verify its correct operation. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical crimes against the site.

MoNUII, in order to minimise the risks regarding the privacy, availability and integrity of the personal data collected and processed, has taken all the minimum security measures provided for by law.
Rights of interested parties
Those to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know the content and origin, verify the accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction (art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003). In accordance with this article, the user has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. Requests should be addressed to MoNUII as data administrator.
